Bernard has extensive knowledge of the retail environment and operations, having spent over 20 years working with Marks & Spencer. Bernard works with a variety of commercial clients in the UK and Europe, delivering top down strategic modeling of soft service solutions and supporting them with change management programmes.. As the founder of Helistrat Management Services, Bernard has instilled the ethos of 'Honest Service' within the business and says that 'by delivering outstanding results for the customer you will build trust and a lasting partnership'.

harvey laudHarvey Laud (MD)

Harvey has specialised in retail operations for fifteen years prior to transfering that expertise into the FM sector where he has spent the last five years providing Hard and Soft FM Services to a variety of sectors.He is responsible for Client relationships and developing business capability and bespoke solutions for clients.

“Clients work with me to develop long-term strategies for managing site waste and policies for delivering environmental responsibility; I’m based at our corporate office in Gosport, Hants but I cover the whole of the UK.”

 

 


mark richardsMark Richards – (IT)

Mark implements all software systems on client’s sites and configures all the necessary ConceptTM features within our overall solutions. Clients work with Mark to establish requirements for data and trend analysis, reporting, cost calculation, contract SLA’s and performance KPI’s; he combines skills in developing IT systems with experience in financial accounting to deliver bespoke management solutions.

joy donnellJoy Donnell (Operations)

Joy ensures client operations comply with environmental legislation, minimise costs and reduce energy/carbon footprint by combining knowledge of the many regulations with experience of delivering proven processes. Joy is responsible for the management of our on-site field teams and dedicated Client Managers.
